Refund policy
We are a small, independently run business, every item is made with love and care and each piece entails a vast process and huge amount of work to create a masterpiece for our dear customers.
Therefore, on the rare occasion you may find a problem with your item, you can contact us via email hello@wisdomxsoul.com to discuss the issue and for us to find a suitable resolution for you.
We only accept returns for faulty items.
This must be a damage or defect item that has been overlooked during time of dispatch.
The final decision for this is made at our discretion.
For change of mind, wrong size, colour etc we offer an exchange or credit note.
Please notify us within 14-days of original purchase of any issues you may have with your purchase.
For returns - your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item, for us to discuss the issue and reach an appropriate solution.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalised items), lingerie or jewellery. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We offer an exchange or a credit note if the item is unsuitable, this can be redeemed within the online store within 1 month of the original returned item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
